The Rich Legacy of Maresca Coffee

 

Our story begins in the early 1900s with Gioacchino Maresca, a young and passionate coffee enthusiast who started working at the tender age of 15. Back then, coffee roasting was a meticulous process, carried out exclusively with wood and without any automatic machinery. It was an art form, relying entirely on the experience and skill of the people involved.

 

In 1920, Maresca Caffè Srl was officially founded following the split of F.lli snc Maresca company. Gioacchino's dedication laid the foundation for what would become a legacy of excellence in coffee production.

 

Passing the Torch Gioacchino's son, Michele, inherited his father's passion and commitment to quality. Michele played a crucial role in selecting the finest Arabica coffee varieties that give Maresca Coffee its rich body, sweet taste, and aromatic hazelnut cream finish. Driven by his desire to continually improve, Michele took charge of choosing suppliers and providing exceptional customer support. 

 

A Family Tradition Now in its third generation, Maresca Coffee is led by Michele's twin brothers, Giuseppe and Gioacchino. In a market often dominated by cost-cutting measures that compromise quality, they remain steadfast in preserving the traditions and secrets passed down through generations. Their dedication to the versatility of the blend, pursuit of excellence, and commitment to value for money have made Maresca Coffee a beloved brand,  recognized in Italy and  many countries around the world.
